How we are paid for our buy to let mortgage service:
Our typical fee is 1% of the mortgage amount (minimum £1,000) and we refund to you any commission we receive from the mortgage lender. For example on a mortgage of £100,000 the commission that we could refund may be £350.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
The Financial Services Authority does not regulate some aspects of buy-to-let mortgages.
